The Scottish singer is one of the most successful songwriters of the past few years, taking home his first ever BRIT Award for Best British Breakthrough act. Walker has sold out of his UK headline tour, which starts in April and is currently busy preparing for it.

    Harvest Festival


    On 14th September 2019, Concrete Garden welcomes Glasgow's annual Harvest Festival, a fantastic free event for the whole family to enjoy.

    Glasgow Youth Film Festival


    The Glasgow Youth Film Festival returns for its 11th edition on the 13th - 15th September, hosting a wide range of screenings with tickets now on sale.

    Friday 13th September: 

    The weekend film festival will be opened by a special screening of The Farewell followed by an evening screening of Heathers, the 1980s classic, following high school cliques with a few dramatic twists to the tale.

    Saturday 14th September: 

    The morning of the 14th will host a screening of Coraline, based on the book of the same name by Neil Gaiman. The afternoon will see a range of short film screenings put together by young filmmakers across Scotland and beyond. Saturday evening sees the Scottish premiere of Phoenix, a Norwegian film based around a coming-of-age tale.

    Sunday 15th September:

    The final day of the festival brings your family favourite, Fantastic Mr Fox, to the screen in the afternoon. Closing the festival, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World will be screened at Maryhill Burgh Halls, with additional activities for attendees.
